The album was recorded independently at home and in the drum room. Most of the vocals were recorded in the Suburban Sound Studio in Winterthur under the direction of Manuel Egger. The songs were written by Nick Furrer, with the exception of Supernova Easy, Word of Love, Severine and Casio Lover, where Cori Nora played a key role as songwriter, singer and/or lyricist. ‘Signs’ bears Anuk Schmelcher's signature tone and was recorded as an uncut live take by the trio at Suburban Sound Studio. Manuel Egger mixed all the songs there. The mastering was done by Simon Lancelot, Studios Ferber in Paris. The artwork was created in collaboration with Rahel Arnold in Zurich. Living room charm, the joyous interplay of different songwriters and musicians and the joint leap into the unknown make Supernova Easy the multi-layered and lively patchwork album that it is. In it’s best sense.
